Dear Customers,

Things are moving at such a rapid pace. In our previous message we said we would look at the feasibility of opening the View Point Kiosk and The Alex Café Bar to serve takeaways. Our decision is that in the best interests of our colleagues, our loyal customers and the community, we will do neither. We are all in this together and we have to believe that the sooner we all comply with as little social interaction as possible, the sooner this dreadful scenario will be over. 

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the huge number of messages of support we have received for both our colleagues and the business. Whilst many have expressed a wish to support Yeo Group by utilising any service we are able to offer, I am sure most of you would now agree that is no longer the right option. But again, thank you. 

A few people have enquired about the balance remaining on their Gold Cards, and, in addition, in order to reach as many customers as possible, we uploaded all recent requests to join our mailing list - resulting in those people receiving a welcome voucher to spend in the next two weeks! We are not in a position to make any promises about the future, but we advise that you hold on to any such credit and we will review at a later date. 

Again, thank you for your support and understanding, we wish you and your families' good physical and mental health. Take care of each other, and please remember those amongst us who are facing this alone, or are not so visible. 

We hope to see you all again, as soon as possible - it's up to us all to make that happen.

Breakfast at Benny's

We offer breakfast at Café Bencotto seven days a week, from 9.30am 'til noon (10am 'til noon Sundays). Choose from a selection of baked to order, breakfast style focaccia, a stack of delicious buttermilk pancakes, tostada catalana or huevos estrellados .
Wash down with a freshly squeezed o.j. (or treat yourself to a glass of mimosa) and a barista made coffee. With our free wifi, £1.50 coffee refills and freshly made food - how better to start the day. See Breakfast menu.

Larger Parties

If you would like to book for a party of 15 people or more, we do request that your meals are pre-ordered enabling our chefs to prepare your food quickly and efficiently, and our waiting staff to serve you as a group. 
Please note, we do not offer private functions, as we are committed to Café Bencotto being open at all times to all our customers.

Want to treat someone or say thank you? Our smart silver gift cards can be bought for any multiple of £5 (£10 minimum) from Café Bencotto or The Alex. They can be used at any Yeo Group venue, anytime.

The Imposter Pizza

For a bit of fun we have added "The Imposter Pizza" to our repertoire. These pizzas are in no way authentic and they won't be found on our menu but - we think you might enjoy some of them. There will usually be an Imposter Pizza on the specials board such as :
The Peking - hoisin sauce with shredded duck, finished with spring onion and cucumber and served with a pot of hoisin.
The Peloponnese - feta, artichoke, kalamata olives, onion, rosemary and golden raisins, served bianca, with a pot of tzatziki.
La Mancha - Manchego cheese, roasted red pepper, garlic and mushrooms.

Gin Selection

Our popular gin menu has been updated and includes some refreshing and exciting varieties. Choose from the Williams Chase Pink Grapefruit (it really does taste of grapefruit), Tarquin's Cornish (made with homegrown Devon violets !) or the Pinkster (distilled fresh raspberries - already a favourite) along with several others. Paired with Fever-Tree tonic, which now includes the elderflower option, you have the perfect tipple.

Roast Chicken on Sundays

We offer Mediterranean style roast chicken every Sunday. That's half a marinated chicken served on top of roasted Mediterranean vegetables and potatoes. Each week we will offer two different flavours such as lemon and garlic; piri piri; pesto and sun-dried tomato or preserved lemon and black pepper. The full menu will also be available as always.
