A Taste of Spring brings fresh, seasonal flavours to The Alex Brasserie, with every dish served to your table on sharing boards. The menu moves from light spring starters into a seasonal banquet and a bright, citrus‑led finish — all accompanied by live music from Leah Godbold.

You’ll enjoy early‑season dishes such as hot‑smoked mackerel pâté, pickled spring vegetables, whipped goat’s cheese and crusty sourdough. The main boards feature braised spring lamb, roast salmon with browned lemon butter, Jersey Royals and vibrant spring greens. To finish, the Sweet Blossom board pairs Lemon Eton Mess with a Rhubarb & Custard Tart.
