Start the evening with a Midnight ’75, our mulled gin, lemon and Prosecco arrival drink, before settling in for a luxurious four-course sharing menu created for the occasion. Expect everything from Prosecco-cured salmon and crispy Camembert to French-dipped short rib sliders, Tandoori chicken and coconut king prawns, with a trio of indulgent desserts to finish.

As midnight gets closer, head downstairs to The Café Bar, where DJ Lee will be playing from 9.30pm until late, ready to see in the New Year.
